Founded in 1968, Ind. Mec.
Masalex began its industrial activities in the business of tool making and machining of
mechanical components. After some years of substantially diversified activity that did not
correspond to expectations, the company changed its corporate objective and adopted the
idea of finding a product on which it could concentrate all its efforts, and that would
differentiate from its possible competitors in the production process.
After a great deal of research,
the option arose in 1972 to manufacture parallel keys, an apparently simple product but of
major importance and responsibility in all and every item of equipment.
With the vast talent and
dedication of our founder, we developed our principal machines and tooling and strove to
manufacture highly reliable products at compatible prices.
Today MASALEX has equipment
conceived in a differentiated manner used to manufacture parallel keys available in a
variety of materials such as C1045 carbon steel and 304, 316 and 420 type stainless
steels, untreated or heat treated, all produced in conformity with international standards
or customer specifications.
The result of this dedication
is a solid and thriving business that is distinctly prominent on the marketplace, as
demonstrated by the satisfaction and trust of its hundreds of customers, served during
these 33 years of operation.
